How to use NerivioTM for Preventive and Acute Treatment.
Acute treatment
Use NerivioTM as often as needed for 45 minutes to treat every migraine. For greatest efficacy NerivioTM should be used within 60 minutes of the onset of migraine.
Preventive treatment
Use NerivioTM every other day for 45 minutes to prevent migraine. For optimal migraine prevention, it is advisable to use NerivioTM at the same time every alternate day.

Novel Mechanism of Action
NerivioTM stimulates two specific type of pain fibers in the upper arm. These pain fibers are called Aδ and C fibers. Stimulation of these pain fibers sends messages to the pain regulation centers in the brainstem. This activates the body’s Conditioned Pain Modulation (CPM) system, activating the descending pain inhibitory pathways.
